These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition.

 

The competition will run alongside the F1 Championship between March and November 2017. Before each race, Everglade Windows Ltd will ask a question about the home of each F1 circuit, in which the correct answer can be found throughout the text of the accompanying email. The entrant will submit their answer through a multiple-choice entry form.

 

All correct entries to the competition will receive a voucher worth £37 off a Palladio Door purchased from Everglade Windows. Correct entries will also be entered into a prize draw to win a magnum of champagne at the end of the season.

 

  1. ONLINE COMPETITIONS: STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • Notification of the competition opening will be made through social media, including Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Entrants can sign-up to be notified via email at: evergladetrade.co.uk/.
  • Entries are made through email via contact form by providing name, email address and correct answer.
  • Successful entrants will be sent a voucher code via email. The discount will be valid for 60 days.
  • Voucher is £37 off excluding VAT.
  • There is a minimum-spend value of £500 + VAT on a Palladio Door to claim the £37 discount.
  • Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Everglade Windows Ltd (UK), its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
  • The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  • Use of a false name or web address will result in disqualification.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
  • All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
  • Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
  • Only one voucher can be used per order.
  • Offer is only available for Everglade Palladio Doors.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or due to computer error in transit.
  • The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries.
  • Confirmation of the prize will be made via the email provided by the entrant.
  • Entrants agree to receive future promotions from Everglade Windows Ltd via email.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Everglade Windows Ltd reserves the right to void the prize.
  • Everglade Windows Ltd reserves the right to void the prize if the customer’s account is on hold due to circumstances such as non-payment.
  • Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Where applicable, the winners are final based on the criteria set out in the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into and the promoter’s decision is finals on all matters.
  • The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.
