Your day-to-day contacts are the sales support team. They have all of the technical information and product knowledge to help you with your order requirements. They know our windows and doors inside out and they get to know you and your business too.
Magdalena, Ana, Patryk and Sarjak know what’s going on with all our accounts and as an Everglade customer, you’ll have a specific go-to account manager who gets to know what you like, when you need it and the best way and times to contact you.
We know how busy you are. That’s why we get quotes back to you within 24 hours. If you request a quote from us before 12pm, we’ll respond that same afternoon. If it’s after midday, it’ll be with you before 12pm the following day. If you want to go ahead, you can just drop us an email and we’ll take it from there.
All of our manual orders are thoroughly checked before they go through to the factory, so we don’t begin any manufacturing process before we’ve had the thumbs up from you. Order information needs to be absolutely accurate when it goes to the factory as even minor amendments can affect glass sizes. If anything looks amiss, we’ll give you a call just to double check.
Through the website, you can use window designer and place orders online. If you think it’ll work best for you but you’ve not used it before, give us a call. The team can talk you through the process and answer any queries you have.
