Following another year of top customer care, Everglade Windows has been named a G18 finalist in the Customer Care Initiative of the Year category.
“Customer care has always been a top priority for us, and to be recognised in such prestigious awards for this is brilliant,” says Jay Patel, Everglade’s Sales & Marketing Director.
2018 marks the 38 years of Everglade, along with the 12th annual Everglade Trade Customer Conference.
“We had our best Customer Conference yet this July, sharing our best hints and tips with our customers, giving them exclusive insights to our new products & marketing literature, and sharing our legendary hospitality with them.
“Our Sales Support Team are committed to sharing their excellent technical knowledge with our customers, and they’re the ones who have helped to make us who we are today. This is something that we’ve made even easier with our new marketing literature including our fantastic product selector,” continues Jay.
“Being on the shortlist in the customer care initiative category is a great way to reaffirm that our team is delivering what we set out to, and winning this award would be the icing on the cake,” says adds Jay.
The G Awards offer top recognition for the glazing industry. G18 award winners will be announced at a ceremony at the London Park Lane Hilton Hotel on 30 November.
