Award-nominated collaboration brings contemporary elegance to Ascot

Set within one of Berkshire’s most exclusive locations, this collection of 18 luxury apartments in Ascot combines contemporary architecture with timeless style. Designed to offer spacious, light-filled living with a focus on refined detail, the development demanded glazing solutions that delivered on both performance and style.

For Thames Valley Windows, meeting this brief meant working closely with the project team to deliver a fully bespoke glazing package that brought together multiple systems, including double-glazed uPVC sliding sash windows, bi-folding doors, aïr MOD Series aluminium windows and doors, and four white roof lanterns. Everglade Windows supplied the aïr MOD Series aluminium elements, designed to complement the wider glazing specification, both architecturally and technically.

A tailored approach to specification

Everglade Windows supported Thames Valley Windows throughout the specification and supply process, providing the precision-engineered aïr MOD Series Aluminium French Doors that form a central feature of each apartment’s private terrace.

The slimline profiles and flush finish of the aïr Mod system provide a clean, minimalist look that enhances the building’s façade. At the same time, high-performance glazing and robust thermal breaks ensure outstanding energy performance.
