Peter Walker, Director at Sussex based installer, Bowalker Windows sums up exactly why it has such a great working relationship with Everglade Windows:
We won the contract for a new build project which is scheduled in the next month, but the developer can’t give us access to the site to do a survey. Everglade has gone out of its way to help us. They’ve taken measurements from the plans and got all the materials ready in the factory to manufacture the units as soon as we’re allowed on site. It will save us up to four weeks in delays, which is vital to keep on schedule.
It’s the level of flexibility and support I’ve received from Everglade over the last 12 years that meant when I started Bowalker Windows in 2008, I chose Everglade once again. We’ve never feel like we’re just another customer with Everglade. They’ve known us a long time, so they understand what we expect and what our customers expect. Most importantly they’re approachable. We know they’re going to do what they can to help us out. It means we can respond quickly to our customers and turn projects around fast.
We’ve always used Everglade PVCu aluminium systems including windows, doors and conservatories, and last year we became an aïr accredited retailer to add high performance aluminium bi-fold and lift & slide doors.
We have recently installed aïr into our showroom with help from Everglade and it’s made a big difference. Customers really like the products and sales have increased now that homeowners can come and see it for themselves.
We’re planning an open day event this summer and as part of the marketing package we get from Everglade it’s providing us with all the brochures, pop up banners and window graphics for the showroom. Jayesh and James have also said they will support us by being with us at the showroom to talk to customers. Having that extra assistance on the day is great for us and it means customers can ask the manufacturer any questions they have.
